A night meant for celebration turned into chaos and fear after a shooting at a lakeside party in Oklahoma left at least 13 people injured, according to police and hospital officials.
The incident occurred on Sunday evening, May 3, 2026, near Arcadia Lake in Edmond, a suburb of Oklahoma City. Authorities say gunfire broke out around 9 p.m. during a large gathering of mostly young people, reportedly promoted as a “Sunday Funday” event on social media.
